Piper Junior

Born in March 2025, Loui is the youngest of the four full siblings. He is an easygoing, loving black tri who listens well and is by far the easiest dog in the pack to manage.

Loui often mirrors Piper's energy, which earned him the nickname PJ, short for Piper Junior. He is beginning to find his voice, but his vocal moments usually follow Piper's lead rather than starting the commotion himself.

Like Piper, Loui is excellent on walks and comfortable around other dogs. The two of them are the pack's dependable walking dogs: calm, attentive and easy to take along.

The clown of the crew

Loui still carries plenty of puppy energy. When all four dogs are outside, he becomes the clown of the crew and tries to convince everyone to chase him. Piper often sees him as the source of the chaos, which only makes the game more entertaining for Loui.

A ball is always welcome, but Loui has a special attachment to tug ropes and is constantly searching for one. After the running, chasing and tugging are over, he is just as happy to settle in for a snuggle.

He is loyal, playful and wonderfully uncomplicated, except when a banana appears. Loui has made his opinion clear by spitting it right back out.

The puppies' Manny

When Loui visits the breeder and puppies are present, his gentle and watchful side takes over. The family jokingly calls him a Manny instead of a nanny because he keeps an eye on the puppies, herds them and helps keep them in line.

That mix of playfulness and responsibility captures Loui perfectly. He can create the chase one minute, supervise puppies the next and finish the day curled up close. Above all else, he is simply a very good boy.
